Presentation Analytics gives you insights into who is viewing your project along with a few other data points around their engagement . To view the analytics, you will need to locate the Project following these steps:
- Click on Projects main tab
- Navigate to Projects subtab
- Locate the presentation you would like to see analytics for
- Click the Ellipses on the presentation
- Click on Presentation Analytics
On this page you will see line items for each viewer along with data points in the columns. You can select the version of your project you want to see stats for by using the dropdown on the right side of the screen. You will also have averages across all viewers at the bottom of the report. Below are the metrics available:
- Pages Viewed
- Furthest Page Reached
- Total Time Viewed
- PDF Downloaded
- Total Opens
- First Opened
- Last Opened
