What Are Accounts

Accounts are a grouping mechanism for users that can optionally be attached to Brands and User Groups and allow you to control user permissions accordingly. An Account can be tied to one more Brands and/or User Groups. 

How to Create an Account 

To create an Account, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Admin tab
  2. Click the Accounts subtab
  3. Click the Add New Account button
  4. Insert the Account Name
  5. Optionally assign an Account ID if you are syncing it with a separate database
  6. Select the Account Status
  7. Optionally tie User Groups or Brands to the Account
  8. Click the Create button

How to Manage Accounts

From the Accounts page, you can view the following details related to your Accounts:

  • ID
  • Name
  • Status
  • Number of Users
  • Last Activity
  • Number of Projects

To delete an Account, hover over the Account line item and click the trash icon that appears on the right side.

Lastly, you can filter the Accounts displayed on this page by Brands or User Groups for better visibility.
