What is a Library
A Library serves as a dedicated folder for different types of assets. Libraries can be customized to suit your specific needs, allowing you to curate and tailor the content to match your preferences or the preferences of your users. Libraries can contain images (raster & vector), video, audio, colors, and fonts You can create a Library within Brand and/or Shared.
How to add a Library
Before proceeding, you will need to decide whether the Library is to be shared across all your users or specific to a Brand.
Either select a Brand or choose shared and follow these steps::
- Under Brands or Shared, click +Add Library which will open a pop up
- Add Library Name
- Select which Allowed File Types you would like the user to be able to upload into the Library
- Select Visibility (Public or Hidden)
- Select Features Enabled (Asset Naming and Asset Tagging)
- Select how you would like the Library to be sorted under Sort
- Click Add
How to Edit a Library
If you need to go back and make any edits to your Library, follow these steps:
- Go to Brand and/or Shared
- Click Ellipses next to the Library. There you can Edit Library, Delete Library, or Move Up Library
