Best Practices For Managing Projects

Design Huddle allows you to manage all projects (print, video, digital, presentation) from the Projects Page. To navigate to the Projects page, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Projects tab
  2. Click on the  Projects subtab

From the Projects page, you will see a list of all projects that have been created. You can filter the list by your projects you’ve created, or you can see all projects globally created within your account. 

Each project listed will show an ellipses icon when hovering over it. From this ellipses you will see the options below. 

  • Export: Allows you to download, email, or post the project. 
  • Submit For Approval: Send the project to the System Administrator for approval.
  • Publish Template: Publish a Template from this Project with chosen settings. 
  • Edit Design: Open the Editor and make design changes to the Project. 
  • Assign Brand: Assign a Brand to the Project ahead of editing or publishing.
  • Rename: Give the Project a new name.
  • Clone: Copy the Project to edit, resize, or add to. 
  • Delete Project: Remove the Project completely from your Design Huddle account..
